Understand your Application Process
Step 1: Apply
Once we sketch out a unique plan that works for you, your first step is to apply. To make it easy, we offer three ways:
- Online – The most popular option, simply click here and fill out the form. If you get stuck, send what you can, and I’ll contact you for the rest.
- By phone – Book a 10-30 minute phone conversation, during which I’ll collect all your details. After, I’ll ask you to fax or email your credit consent.
- In-person – Call me at 403-360-8584 to book your 30-minute in-person appointment, and I’ll meet you to get your information, along with your credit consent.
Step 2: Pre-qualify
Once you’ve applied, I’ll create a custom financing plan with you. With that done, you’re ready to start shopping.

Step 3: Submit
Once we’ve got your needs figured out, you can stop worrying and leave all the details to me. I’ll find you the best lender, product and interest rate to suit your needs.
Step 4: Conditional approval
When I find the right mortgage for you, I’ll finalize a custom approval and send it to you. Then, all you have to do is sign, and you’re almost done!
Step 5: Conditions complete
Congrats, your mortgage is officially finished! Now, all that’s left is meeting with your lawyer or title company to register your new mortgage to your home’s title.
